The approach is gentle, accessible and challenging. In each posture the connection between breathing, gravity and spinal mobility is emphasized. This approach promotes relaxation in the muscles, spaciousness in the joints,
mobility through the pelvis and the lengthening of the spine. In this way, yoga is practised carefully, in a manner that emphasizes the unraveling of tensions, allowing the body to regain its limberness and freedom of movement.
Linda integrates Scaravelli’s principles of alignment plus techniques for releasing chronically tight muscles into a meditative flow of movement (Kripalu style). Emphasis is on allowing the outer form of the pose to emerge organically from the inner release of the spine.
