The approach is gentle, accessible and challenging. In each posture breathing, connecting with gravity and the release of the spine is emphasized. This approach promotes relaxation in the muscles, spaciousness in the joints, mobility through the pelvis and the lengthening of the spine. Linda integrates Scaravelli’s principles of alignment plus techniques for releasing chronically tight muscles into a meditative flow of movement (Kripalu style). Emphasis is on allowing the outer form of the pose to emerge organically from the inner release of the spine.
