Little
The Woman Behind The Mission
Leah Little was born and raised in rural, central Illinois by a blue collar family. After years in the healthcare system and going through her own health journey she found a passion for helping others. Her dedication and enthusiasm are contagious. She has a love for teaching and educating – she always comes with an uplifting attitude and energy to inspire. Leah treats the whole person, mental and emotional - not just the physical ailments. Leah has worked as a licensed physical therapist assistant and certified nursing assistant and has spent years honing her skills for muscle release and soft tissue work. Noticing over the years the effectiveness of myotherapy, Leah was determined to find a way to allow the public that she understands so well to be able to receive hands on massage. Now she is working directly with people to manage and treat their pain. Leah founded Limber for Life to bring relief to the people in her community who couldn’t access massage and myotherapy. She strives to bring flexible times and affordable rates to her clients. Leah built a space within her home to see a selective amount of people a week, lowering prices for affordability and providing a kid friendly and safe space. Sessions are scheduled 30 minutes apart to assure privacy. Linens are washed with tide free and clear for skin sensitivity – universal precautions followed. Tips appreciated, cash preferred, square and Venmo available. Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit.
Limber for Life has a private room designed to put clients in a relaxed state of mind.
Organized with parents in mind, L4L boasts a child-dedicated area where kids can play and be entertained close by so parents can get the best of both worlds during their session.
Limber for Life is dedicated to YOU and your health.
